804 Pershing Drive, Suite 004
Silver Spring, MD 20910
Our Silver Spring office is located in the heart of downtown at the corner of Cedar Street and Pershing Drive. The office is near Whole Foods and about a 15-minute walk from the Silver Spring Metro station. There is limited on-street metered parking along Cedar and Pershing next to the building. The parking meters ($1 per hour) accept change, credit cards and the MobileNOW app. There are always parking spaces open in the Town Square Parking Garage one block away; enter the garage at the corner of Ellsworth and Veteran’s Place. The parking garage costs the same as the meters, but there is no chance of a ticket because you pay on the way out. Please do not park in the Whole Foods lot; their lot is reserved for shoppers. The building is open from 7 am to 6 pm on weekdays and from 8 am to 12 pm on weekends. To access after hours, use the panel located by the main entrance on Pershing to scroll to The Mindful Heart. Press CALL and we will buzz you into the building. You won’t need a code to enter our Suite 004; come right in and you’ll see a switch in the waiting room hallway, press that and this will alert your therapist that you have arrived.
