About Jennifer

I am passionate about empowering individuals with the information and tools that they need to make nutritional and lifestyle choices to improve their own health, as well as that of their family and community. I firmly believe that whole-food nutrition and healthy living are the primary means to achieving overall health and wellness and am passionate about supporting clients on their path to wellness.

I love to spend time in the kitchen and am an experienced whole-food cook and educator, and have seen first hand the amazing power of good food. As part of the services that I provide, I can create customized meal plans, share recipes to provide new ideas to seasoned cooks, as well as support those who are not as familiar in the kitchen.

My background is in integrative and holistic nutrition. I work with patients to develop individualized plans to meet their health and wellness needs while highlighting the power of whole-food nutrition. I provide one-on-one consultations as well as group workshops, cooking classes, and guided grocery store visits.  I am available for telephone and online nutrition services and have a flexible evening and weekend schedule.
